DECLARATION – QUALITY STATEMENT

RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS A BUYER
By realizing the quality of working, business and production processes as the most important factor of competitiveness and successfulness on the market, always and to the full extent meeting the buyers’/users’ demands, “ENERGOMONTAZA” aspires to provide their trust and content with quality of its services and products and with constant quality improvement in all the phases of working and business processes.

RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS A COMPANY
By active planned and efficient use of available personnel, technology and material resources, focused on quality improvement, “ENERGOMONTAZA” aspires to maintain the achieved, competitive quality level, with minimum working processes’ costs. With the above mentioned designations, “ENERGOMONTAZA” declared the quality policy based on the following main principles:
  1. Quality is, for all the employees, a primary responsibility for constant fulfilment of buyers’/users’ demands and all the demands of:
    - suppliers and
    - the company’s working and business processes.
  2. Quality System Management of the company is primarily directed to:
    - constant identifying of faults/deficiencies in working and business processes and their removal by taking part of all the employees, first of all the managers on all levels,
    - constant innovation of work and business processes on the working positions of all employees.
  3. Quality criteria of the company are:
    - efficient and effective work, i.e. work with “no mistakes”
    - complete vocational training and responsibility of all employees for the processes they work on, especially managers and participants in development processes and
    - performing of activities on time and with quality, and for the first time, by all employees.
  4. Quality measures of the company are:
    - minimal expenses of discrepancies /disparities in working and business processes,
    - maximal and innovative quality of all the phases of working and business processes,
    - complete documentation of working and business processes and
    - productivity, economy, rationality and quality on the competitive level.

In implementing its quality policy, “ENERGOMONTAZA” achieves partnership cooperation with its buyers and suppliers. All employees are aware that they should:
- have positive relationship and responsible attitude towards the quality of their own working processes,
- perform the assigned activities with quality and on time,
- constantly innovate and improve the quality of their own working processes.
