"Energomontaza" is comprised of four working units which are in charge of operational matters – services of construction of objects and production, and four sectors which are in charge of project designing, development, marketing, commercial, economical and financial and legal matters.

The company is run by a director. The highest body is the Governing board, and the highest expert-management body is the management team that consists of the company's director and head managers of the organizational units.
