MISSION |
The "ENERGOMONTAZA" company achieves its mission through expertise and
research, development and innovation of services and methods and
procedures in the working and business processes, in order to satisfy
the needs of buyers/users of the constructed objects, employees and the
society in general.
Its mission was established and it is achieved through:
- Purpose of existing – satisfying the needs of buyers/users,
employees and the society in general, by constructing the objects of
special assignment – for energy supply and communication systems
which are significant for the individuals, industrial and other
organizations and the state union,
- Action strategy – the aggressive behaviour on the market which is
achieved by constant development and implementation of new
technological solutions and modern equipment in the constructed
objects,
- Behaviour standards – behaviour rules for the employees in working
processes, internal and external communication, motivated for
personal development through orientation towards the satisfying of
needs of buyers/users and overall development
- Driving forces – high quality of organizational and technical
basis that provides complete rationality of all actions and high
quality of the employees based on moral principles that reflect
interpersonal respect and trust, belonging to the personnel and
individual contribution to the company's reputation.
The needed and sufficient bases that direct the complete effort of
the employees in achieving effects required for successful performance,
development and survival of the company on the market, as the company
with its own identity and recognizable image, are determined by the

QUALITY GOALS |
"ENERGOMONTAZA" assigned to governing the working and business processes
according to its goals. In the process of establishing the quality
goals, the company's leaders take into consideration their character
with regard to:
- accomplishment deadlines (from short-termed to long-termed),
- being specific and measurability,
- understanding for all the participants in the working processes
and
- reality of accomplishments.
Basic, general quality goals, which were established as a condition
of long-termed mission, are:
- constant improvement of the quality system control,
- constant development of products/services and working programmes,
- constant development and modernization of equipment,
- appropriate maintenance of objects and equipment,
- achieving of high standards of working space and conditions,
- securing of high quality of the input resources – materials to be
installed into objects, spare parts and materials for the needs of
the working processes of all the company's sections,
- development and implementation of the integrated informational
system that supports all the internal working processes and enables
required external connections (Internet etc.),
- cooperation with scientific organizations,
- improvement of the employees' life standards,
- encouragement and development of innovations in the company.
Special goals that refer to specific working processes in the company
and correspondent organizational units- sectors, in the shape of
concrete, quantifying indicators of quality and measure sizes which show
the degree of their accomplishments, are:
- determined during the identification of the processes relevant
for the overall quality of the company's performance, and
- incorporated into the mechanisms of planning the working processes
of the organizational units, which is used to plan both the concrete
goals and the way to supervise their achievement for every business
year.
"ENERGOMONTAZA"'s leaders constantly re-examine the quality goals
and perform their adjustments in compliance with the demands of
buyers/users, changes of the business conditions and overall market
